We decide to make a nice, spicy Thai Green Chicken Curry, probably had not done another one since Helsinki last year. That one was very hot for everybody except me but I expect that this one will be nicer.

The dish turned out very nice with the spicy flavour without the total burn, at both ends, experienced in Finland.
