We are doing Turkey for Christmas in July

As can be seen this is not a Traditional Roast Turkey

The ingredients are:

  • Cut up Turkey from Vic Market
  • Celery
  • Okra
  • Multi-coloured Capsicums
  • Turkey stock, home made
  • Tomato Puree
  • Cajun Spice
  • Red wine for Chef Lubrication
