I normally don’t like anchovies but this was a very impressive dish. I wondered where they grew the anchovies on the farm?!?
Sobassada is bread that is smeared with tomato, garlic and olive oil. We have had some the previous days but not nice. There was also a beef pate of some kind. The mixture of the tomato, honeycomb and pate was simply stunning. I would have never guessed.
