We leave Kirsten’s home to a potentially very busy schedule.
We go to a breakfast place on Cary Street that Julie had spotted the night before.
As indicated above, it is a very crowded schedule. We get off to a bad start by going the wrong way on a freeway. I do not have any maps so we keep driving the wrong way. Finally, Gary finds the map and we reverse our steps costing us an hour or so.
We go to two highlights, neither of which I took any photos. The first was the Williamsburg Colonial Village. Please see website:

The lost hour in the morning comes back to haunt us as we arrive at our accommodation 45 minutes late. Our Hostess, Breeze, had had to leave to look after her critically ill mother. Sorry, Breeze but things just went wrong. We decided to go out to dinner while we were waiting for Breeze. There are lots of interesting looking restaurants in Annapolis. We select Buddy’s Crab and Ribs.
We contact Breeze, who is back at the apartment. The apartment is quite nice and so is Breeze. No internet service in the apartment which cramps or style a bit.

So our long day ends, probably 9 hours of driving as well as stops.
