Melbourne – 20/7/2019 – at Bar Tini, Hoosier Lane

Our favourite Spanish Chef and Tour guide, Frank Camorra,  shows us how to make Paella in his relatively new place in Hoosier Lane, Bar Tini.

I met Julie there. I had a horrible Uber Ride, from a Platinum driver, no less. Nuff said, other than I arrived somewhat late, it did not matter in the end. There were some good Tapas in the Bar area, which I did not take photos of, but then we were invited into the main dining room.

Settled in at table end with bread and Jamon to nibble on. Some nice tipple also became available.

As usual, an absolute delight. With Frank you always get so much more than he promises. I did a recent post about cooked Quail, well Frank had cooked marvellous Quail on one of our tours, so much better than mine. We are hoping to catch  up with him on the road somewhere in the future or his place in Lorne!
