We are doing Turkey for Christmas in July
As can be seen this is not a Traditional Roast Turkey
The ingredients are:
- Cut up Turkey from Vic Market
- Celery
- Okra
- Multi-coloured Capsicums
- Turkey stock, home made
- Tomato Puree
- Cajun Spice
- Red wine for Chef Lubrication
- What the hell is that chocolate block doing in the picture?
