Nowhere near finished with Monday yet.

We drive to a place where fish auctions are held. This basically involves trawlers coming in, loading their catch onto many trolleys that are wheeled into an area where they are put on conveyer belts. The people who want to purchase these lots, mostly restaurants and shops I resume, sit in the “bleachers” and make bids on each lot with some sort of hand held device. As each lot passes by at a central location, it is filmed and shown to the buyers. Quite remarkable and high tech.

Toni apparently spent some time making sure that he got the best King Prawns for tonight’s dinner – yes, there is much more food to come today.
