After a bit of freshening up, we go to Toni’s restaurant in Falset. It is the town where Rachel lives, the winery from the previous night and Quinoa, the chef from last night, restaurant is next door to Toni’s. There is a group of American Wine importers, well known to Rachel at the restaurant mostly from the Boston area, plus one of the original Priorat wine makers who helped start the revolution.
We have a wide range of seafood, lovingly prepared by Toni which are shown in the following pictures.












Quite a meal, eh! And quite a day too. A bit of snoring on the bus back to our home!
