The Breakfast buffet was pretty good

Julie and I go out early to have a look at the town of Gothenburg. A bad thing happened that put me in a foul mood – get over it!

I go back to the Hotel and rest and Blog for the rest of the day. It is a Sunday and we find that most of the restaurants are closed on Sundays, at least so far. We walk around for a while and pick a place that we should not have. It was Greek / Lebanese / Turkish. The food was OK but the prices were horrendous – a bottle of average Australian wine, probably not more than $20 in a restaurant in Australia was over $200 AUD here and the food prices were ridiculously similar. I should have walked away and gone to a KFC or something like that, instead I got mad – useless of me.

I don’t recall what I had to eat or even if a had anything. One glass of expensive of wine may have been it.

We wandered around afterwards to try to find some wine but found that on Sundays one could not buy “hard liquor” like wine and spirits.

As we were returning home a Lamborghini roared by. It was driven by the tall, (fake) blonde, Greek girl who had been in our restaurant

So that was it, bad stuff at the start and end, mostly my fault.
