We all seem to be a bit tired after the 5+ hour bus ride. Very little is scheduled for today.

The highlight tonight is Saltbush Lamb where the Lamb lives in an environment where it gets a lot of salt in its diet and as a result has much better flavour. It is also more expensive with the two legs below supposedly cost of the order of AUD250.

There is a wine cellar under the terrace and Charles Henri took some of the group into it.

A good first meal in Loire from Douglas. Off to bed as it is a very big day tomorrow.
